StellarQ My app for iPhone and iPad

Mobile application for self-reporting of symptoms of chronic diseases to healthcare professionals responsible for the treatment.

In order to function, the application requires an active treatment relationship with a healthcare unit that has the StellarQ My service in use, and logging in with Suomi.fi credentials.

StellarQ My has been developed as part of disease treatment monitoring on the StellarQ platform.
